Eli had a blast at the NC State Fair this year. In another year, he is going to be uncontainable. He got the opportunity to ride the swings and the carousel, and begged to ride every other ride we passed. Including very tall, very scary ones. I've already enlisted the help of a wonderful teenage friend to go with us next year and ride the rides in my place! My poor, middle-aged, Mommy tummy needs a break!!
Eli loved the deep fried Snickers bar, the meet and greet with his hero, Superwhy!, and petting all of the animals. He had no fear when it came to loving on the goats and bullocks and llamas and other guys. He's definitely got his Mommy's goat-loving gene!
