That's the Funniest Dog I've Ever Seen

Today we headed to the NC Museum of Natural Sciences to check out some marine life and get a little energy out. We hadn't been since Eli was small enough for a baby carrier, so I was excited to see how he would like it. There was no need to worry! He got so excited the second we walked in. He was bouncing excitedly to get out of the stroller, so I let him out to walk around. He immediately made a beeline for the fishtank and spent the next ten minutes mesmerized by the native NC fish and turtles. He just sat with his face at the glass saying "Ish! Ish!" over and over. When we finally pulled him away and made it upstairs, he enjoyed finding the animals hiding in their natural habitats. He was especially excited about the deer, and nearly threw himself over the glass barking at it. One day I want to take them into the discovery room, but family time doesn't start until Noon, and we are all tuckered out by then. Maybe in a year or two we'll be able to handle it!
